Trident Inn & Suites, Baton Rouge

I stayed at the trident inn in Baton Rouge, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had! First of all the management there are godsends, very accommodating and on top of your every need! You could be having the roughest of all days and your mood instantly changes by the positivity you feel the minute you step foot inside! I took a trip for some me time and I felt the need to treat myself so I went ahead with a jacuzzi room and boy was it ever the best decision ever made! I've already got plans set for another me trip and there I will most definitely be staying!

Positive: Very friendly staff ,made you feel welcome and kept us with clean towels,my daughter really appreciated that ,all in all I stay there when I'm in. the area Negative: You should keep the pool open 24/7 No complaints

Basically horrible. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed one ...that bad! Elevator is out so stairs to the 3rd floor - stairwell is grossly needing cleaned, damaged steps, and writing on the walls. The hallway stinks of smoke and body odor. Get into the room - yes it is spacious and horrid! It's not just ran down it is unclean! Partially used soap bar still on the shower wall, hard plastic straw on the floor, the floor is sticky, the remote doesn't work....just to name a few issues. And NO coffee in the morning either.

HORRIFIC SAVE UR MONEY!!!!!!!!!Can’t book over the phone with someone’s online. Only through 3rd party sites Then the hotel smells AWFULLLLLL My non smoking room smells like someone smoked for a week inside of it. BE PREPARED TO CARRYYOUR BELONGINGS! No elevator and didn’t mention to guest it doesn’t work. The reviews 3 months ago mention the elevator not working and it’s still not!!!!!!!! Horrible disgusting ew ew ew should be condemned!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually watched rats go underneath somebody else's room. I wanted to knock on the door and let them know that two rats entered their room. We didn't get our deposit back. We knew it was sketchy from the beginning 100% this place needs to be shut down horrifying, the shades is 100% better compared to this place.
