Travelodge by Wyndham Victorville

BEDBUGS. one of our party is very allergic and was full of bites or we may never have known. Room smelt of disinfectant. Very outdated Will recommend to pass on this place. Parking was like off-roading. Huge potholes.

Absolutely hate it. I'm not from Victorville and my family and I needed a place to stay overnight. As soon as we enter the room, it smelled like cigarettes. We had to spray lysol because the strong smell. Room was freezing, by freezing I mean colder than outside. It don't even look like it's been cleaned. TV remote was very dusty, even a sanitized wipe couldn't even completely wipe it off. Also, the back of the remote is missing and is replaced with tape. The curtains doesn't fully close all the way. Fire alarm is messed up. Never coming back again.

Overpriced and over hyped. Stayed 2 nights, no room service or even asked if I wanted it. No coffee or continental breakfast to be found. Fan in the bathroom did not work, holes in the walls, tiles cracked and broken in the shower, no anti slip in the tub, found one washcloth in the trash can (next to toilet). Exterior stairs were built with the Winchester house in mind, uneven and at least one set was taped off from use. On the plus side the bed however was comfortable and the linen was clean. The room cleanliness was sufficient.

Upon arriving the room we had first had NO cold water whatsoever. They moved us to another room (the only other non smoking room they had available) this room had no hot water. The heater unit was full of dust we had to clean before using. The cords for the smoke detector were out and exposed. After speaking with the front desk that night and the next morning at checkout, he said he would have to have maintenance. Check it to make sure we weren’t lying and that he would have a manager. Call me once it was checked and I still have yet to hear from absolutely anyone from the hotel, even though I’ve called multiple times on this matter.

Convenient for a last minute booking but quite dingy. Forgot to get a smoke free room. Bed sheets had holes. Saw a cockroach, and walls had dirty hand prints so not sure if those get clean. Ac worked great though.
