Hilton Garden Inn Victorville

Bed bugs, water all over the carpet from a whirl pool tub that's located in the main bedroom. The jets are so powerful that the water shoots straight out of the tub...... yup, that was me. Not to mention the TV stations are connected via antenna and there are (literally) only 10 stations to choose from. One was in black and white. 3 were Spanish soaps. I lucked out and watched the end of an NBA game soooooooo.... that's a plus I guess. Also my sheets are making me extremely itchy for some reason. I don't want to know why. I can only assume it's because they aren't being washed properly. I hope it's that and not bed bugs. I'm too tired to change hotels right now. I forgot this was the hotel. I had issues with last time. Checked into room 158, its window is compromised. It can be broken into too easily, especially if being in the 1st floor, very unsafe. There is some kind of alarm going off on the second floor very loud. The room phone doesn’t work, it says the number you have dialed is not in service for any of the buttons you press to call front desk, housekeeping, room service, etc. I called the front desk from my phone 3 times, someone has yet to answer. The fridge and microwave are disgusting. The hotel is going under renovations so all the carpets being dirty is expected but everything as a whole I’m disgusted by. This is not the Hilton standard. Very nice hotel with good service. Even though people were smoking pot in the hotel making it stink, I really enjoyed my stay for 2 weeks. Room was nice. Tv wasn't very smart, it had an option on the remote for Netflix but Netflix wasn't available 🤷🏼 in general though a very good hotel. I would stay here again.

Only stayed 1 night, but it was a nice and clean room. One of the pictures I saw online showed a tub in the room however my room did not have one so I was a little disappointed with that. The lobby is very nice. They have a small restaurant in the hotel. But there is no room service or complimentary breakfast. The staff is very friendly. There is a place for some fun right next door add plenty of places to shop and eat close by.

Positive: There?s a big hole on the hotel curtain. I took a video and also the air conditioning was on all night. It?s not adjustable. I couldn?t sleep all night. It was a terrible experience. I would never be there again. Negative: It?s really not worth the money. I will never be there again.
