Comfort Suites Victorville-Hesperia

Positive: Spotlessly clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Negative: 1. I had a hard time figuring out how to use the thermostat.2. The bed has a fluffy comforter, which is too hot for me, and a thin bedspread, which is too thin. I wish there was a normal blanket instead.

The cleaning staff was superb. My room #323 was 'Spotless-Clean'!! This is the second time I stayed in that room. I requested it, and I was Not disappointed. The front desk staff was Top Notch!! Very Nice and Welcoming, I Must say! The Boss allowed me to park in a special spot, covered by a security camera, to protect the equipment in the back of my pick-up truck, over-night...I slept very well! I Thank all of You Very Much, and I will Return! Marlin Jack, Happy customer.

This suite hotel is located very close to the busy highway 15 opposite the mall of victor valley. The hotel has a free car park.||Check-in was friendly and professional by the on duty receptionist Tim. I was even offered a rather nice cookie..Tim also gave good information regarding local restaurants etc.||My room was on the ground floor (116)…the rooms are substantial…extra large king bed which was comfortable, sofa (bed), desk, fridge, micro, tea/coffee, flat screen tv, iron/ board etc. note that rooms have a safe, but these are charged at $2 per night. ||The bathroom was big. Plus points are the shower head is on a riser rail (making it suitable for all heights) and a wedge shelf near the shower head. Brilliant idea! No knocking shampoo bottles off the side of the tub!||It was unfortun

Room was noisy from freeway traffic, they need new windos. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the water pressure for the shower was weak. Room was clean staff was helpful. Continental breakfast was good (fresh waffles).

Quality rooms with extra space. Good Minisplits A/C and heater. Exceptionally clean all areas, especially the bathroom. Food was hot and good choices. Good customer service. Switched out my room for a little quieter one.
