Executive Residency by Best Western Victorville

Have kitchens separate room from living room need to ask for kitchen items pans, plates wasnt told bought all brand new had to leave them. Not what I given the next stay!!! Staff are nice the area is nice but alot of homeless living next to hotel i liked it but safety reasons I will need to look at other lodging I stay for week at time. Free breakfast, pool and work out not sure if there was leak in my room clothes had a mustie smell

This place was great . The front desk people were great and kind. Our room was spacious and very clean. From the sheets, floor, towels, and bathroom. I look into all these details and they met my expectations. I loved that they had a couch mattress available. Great for families of 4 . If you don’t want to eat outside the suites include a kitchen with enough space , fridge, stove, and sink.

Since the upgrade this hotel has changed tremendously and in a good way I might add! The rooms are clean and the staff is more than helpful. Would definitely recommend the stay here!

Poorly rated because there was a very poor smell that lasted days. I had to get air freshener for the duration of my stay. To be fair, the smell appears to have been eliminated after about my 4th day. They ran out of body wash because it was a discontinued plan. But they did have the little bar soap as backup. The AC would not turn off when I put the heat on and even when I turned it off. I think the smell plus cold air contributed to me having a cold. I told them to send maintenance but don’t know what was done. The mechanics of the elevator too seemed to have aged a bit in its flow. If not for my company’s policy, I would have canceled my stay and found another place the moment I arrived. Oh and I almost forgot my room came with ripped sheets! I still give it a 4.
