KOA Campgrounds

SHADY Oasis Campground formerly known, is now, "Shady Oasis Estates. A very much different place now. New owners, alot has been done to The landscape, rental spaces, grounds, roads, overall a much nicer and cleaner, also now is for longterm residential RV owners who live in their RV, Trailer or Motorhome. It has New Management in pkace, on-site and off-site that regularly inspect and update the progress to have a good community of RV owners to live and enjoy the much improve RV Park/Campgrounds, for long term month to month RV owners to live, if you were here and seen it before as Shady Oasis Campgrounds, That is gone and is much better by far overall and is very nice and much improved; "Shady Oasis Estates" is now the new name and will keep improving to get where the new owners want

Great place, I'll definitely be coming back

Sadly in the last few years this place has gone downhill. But there's some hope. We have new management and she dgaf, which means stuff should start turning around for the campground! Update: We got a new manager recently and she's cleaning up the place (literally)! So many dead trees/branches have been taken care of just in the last few months. I think, in time, this place will be great again.

This is one to be skipped. It's quite run down, dirt only in the sites I was able to see from site 53.

This place is extremely run down. I cannot believe people are even staying here.
