Travelodge by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland AFB

Terrible hotel, in terrible shape. They send an email that says its a $50 deposit, then charge $60. All of the fire alarms were removed. The layer of dust on the TV was astonishing. Repeatedly through the night, random people tried to open the hotel room door. I kept my suitcases in the bathtub. The only nice thing I have to say was it was close to the AFB. Honestly, Expedia, why did you even agree to promote this place. Never again!

The one housekeeper. Older black lady. Very sweet. Everything having to do with the plumbing in my room is fucked up. Shower doesn't turn off, shower faucet leaks, toilet leaks and runs constantly. The sink leaks as well. Heater in room does not work. Ac works fine. Mold in shower. Roaches. Bed bugs.

Absolutely the worst!!! I know I wasn’t checking in to no five star hotel, but the service, the room and everything was just horrible. I stayed there for three days and had to buy my own toilet paper and towels because every time I called and asked for more I would be told that housekeeping would come, and that would never happen. There were roaches that I was sharing my room with as well and burn holes in all the blankets that I was using. When it came to getting my deposit back, they went to go check out the room and used any excuse they could to keep my deposit. Then on top of keeping my deposit he was also trying to use these excuses to have me pay another $50. I DID NOT PAY THE EXTRA $50 but they kept my deposit. It fine they clearly need it more than I do. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My expectations werent the highest however the room itself was clean there wasnt any bugs or anything gross, and smelt really really good the bathroom wasnt the nicest kinda looked run down but im not super picky, the guests there were not the greatest constant people outside our room and walking all around above us and around all night but the one thing I cannot complain about is the service! I was traveling as a woman with another woman and our window wasnt locking which we told them right away we felt unsafe the manager instantly told us the woman who stay here are a big priority got it fixed instantly. Third night we stayed people were outside knocking on our door and window at night we called the front desk he instantly came to our room made sure nobody was outside and gave me his per
