Travelodge by Wyndham Ruidoso

I travel full time and I don’t say this lightly: This place is a dump. First time - EVER - that I’ve just refused to spend the night in a motel after I’ve already stopped for the night. The rooms are plain dirty, and the service is appallingly bad. The rest of the hotels on this strip of highway are clean, friendly, and just as affordable. Do yourself a favor, and just don’t stop here.

Great experience, the staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are cozy, walls are a bit thin. Microwave is a bit on the smaller side.

Everything is broken the door handles need to be fixed the 1st room heater didn’t work at all and they moved us then the new room the heater was just off randomly. Restroom door handles all broken and no hot water I wouldn’t recommend it here pay extra money at la Quinta next time

Positive: Nothing, it looks like a roach motel. I drove up and around it and did not even stop, I ended up driving 2 hours back home. Honestly did not see the stars, I saw it was a Whyndam and immediately thought it would be a good "hotel" it is a MOTEL, Negative: I did not stay after driving up and seeing it. There were men outside playing Mexican music at 11:00, very scary and the rooms, the hotel in in a U shape and driving around to rooms there was a fence and one way drive around, very dark and scary!

Super pleasurable experience. The rooms are clean and video cameras are set for customer safety and customer service was excellent! The pool was clean and maintained! Me and my wife will be returning! I highly recommend this establishment for anyone traveling! 5 Stars from me!! ***** 5 Stars!
