Staying at Storybook Cabins in Ruidoso was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. It was cozy, warm, and inviting in every single detail. It genuinely felt like stepping into a fairytale. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway, and celebrating my birthday here made it even more special. Storybook Cabins are the best cabins to stay in Ruidoso! Everything you could possibly need are in these cabins. Beautiful rock fireplaces, comfortable beds, always clean & great owners. The best cabins to unwind & watch the deer on your front porch. Management makes you feel right at home. Only place we will stay in beautiful Ruidoso!

We absolutely cannot say enough about this place! The cabin (#3) was quaint, rustic and just what you'd expect to find in a mountain town. It was clean, and had everything you'd need for a 3 day or 3 week stay - full kitchen, dining table, recliners, fireplace (firewood provided), comfortable bed, decent bathroom, lots of storage. The designs and little details were perfect for this type of cabin, and they were handcrafted by one of the previous owners! The tall pines and soft grass all around the cabin make for the perfect mountain experience. Isolated enough to get the pure mountain vibe, but 5 minutes to the center of Ruidoso and all the shops and restaurants. Amazing! Starting with the owners to the beds and everything in between was perfect for our stay. Clean, well stocked with amenities, and the right size cabin made for a wonderful stay in Ruidoso. Highly recommended and will stay again soon!

Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Story Book. Best customer service, kindest staff and an amazing cabin, very cute and clean. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Hope to come back!!
