Great location, good people, building is old, needs updates, we asked for a king and got 2 doubles

That saying, don't judge a book by its cover, surely applies here. The outside is nothing to look at, and in fact we were a little hesitant. But the rooms are very large, clean, and all the furniture matches and is of really nice quality. The customer service was welcoming and kind. I would recommend it.

First off, it’s not a Travelodge. It’s now a Quality Inn. My room was clean but then again, everything’s relative. While there are several new things in the hotel, it’s still an old hotel that’s seen a lot of years in the oil field and the new owners seem to have taken a mediocre approach to the job of renovation. We made reservations on the phone and when we arrived, they didn’t have them. The lady behind the desk was helpful but she was new and didn’t understand the system. Same with the lady when we tried to check out this morning. Not their fault, they were very pleasant, just needed more training before being left alone. Quality Inn may be a bit of an oxymoron because their motto appeared to be “Meh, good enough”.

They have done a lot of work to interior/exterior, nice and clean. No bugs, that's a plus. No breakfast or coffee. Didn't see the exercise room so I can't tell you about that. We got a a big corporate discount looks like the regular price was about 80 bucks online then you got to add the price for that I would have just stayed at the Best Western which is right down the street. The check-in was speedy and he recommended the restaurant in front of the place it sure smelled good.

I’ve never been there but my aunt has and she says that the hotel looks old. The housekeeper that was training my aunt doesn’t know how to clean. That’s why there’s so many complaints about the rooms being dirty. Because you don’t fire the bad housekeepers. If you want 5 stars, please hire housekeepers that know how to ACTUALLY clean. Thank God my aunt left the job. They were giving her 3 hours of work, so it was not worth it. My aunt wanted to keep the rooms clean but the other housekeeper liked to manipulate her. She worked there for only four days. Hopefully ya’ll can see this because you need better housekeepers. I bet those housekeepers you have working at the hotel right now have their homes dirty. I’m only saying that because they don’t clean the rooms right. Not cleaning pee on the
