Best Western CottonTree Inn

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Hotel beds were comfortable, room was a good size and clean, staff was great! And the restaurant, the restaurant was the best I have been in for a long time. The chef is wonderful, the waiter very hospitable and the homemade soup the best I have ever had, anywhere! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant is worth checking out even if you don’t stay at the hotel, but the hotel was great too!

This hotel was just meant to be a stopover on our way to our destination, but we were pleasantly surprised! The breakfast had extensive choices of great quality food, and the atmosphere was so cozy. The staff was so friendly, and everything was so clean. We had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub - which were both very clean. The beds were so comfortable, as well! We recommend this hotel if you stay over in Rawlins, Wyoming!

Clean room and hot-hot shower that stayed hot. Excellent breakfast, served until 10am...late enough for those who like to sleep in. We stayed over two weeks while waiting for a our home to be ready to move into, as we were relocating from out of state. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. We had our kitty with us and they were very accommodating. When family visits...this is where we will have them stay.

Positive: It gave us a place to stay Negative: We upgraded to this Best Western so we could use the hot tub. As reported in previous ratings the pool and hot tub were not available. I was told the hotel hadn’t been able to obtain chemicals. This has gone on for a while with no notice on web site.

The property is amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast bar rivals most 5 star resorts and its included for free. The lounge was amazing The food will blow your mind. By far this is the best hotel experience I've ever had. If you are in Rawlins Wyoming please do yourself the favor and book here you will not regret it
