I tried this location one more time. Again I do not have my deposit back almost a week later! Thus time it was a $100 deposit as the renovated rooms required a $100 deposit vs the first time a $50 took three weeks to get back. Most hotels upon checkout the deposit is immediately back into my account. It never ever anywhere takes multiple weeks to get my deposit back. I found some things amiss several times upon return after being gone all day (e.g. poop on and around the toilet handle, poop on my fresh towels! The shower smelled as though it had just been used, several items of food went missing more than once, my Monster went missing more than once, my canned water went missing. Positive: Located next to a convenience store and easy to access. The area was clean and felt safe. Fairly clean despite the remodeling going on. Negative: NO ELEVATORS!!! Don't plan on sleeping, thin walls and people party all night long in the rooms and no one stops them! Breakfast selection as slim (waffles, biscuits and gravy or a banana).

First all I just want to say the staff was ok never had an issue with them. I stayed in 303 one of their 1 bedroom suites. When I first arrived I could tell the place wasn’t clean the kitchen counter was nasty as greasy, microwave was not clean and also the inside was pealing, I didn’t use the top of the stove but it was not clean and the inside of the oven was also dirty I only used it once and it didn’t cook my food the fridge was a joke was very small like something you’d see in a camper not at all like the one in the picture the whole place did not look like the pictures they have. Living room was ok, bathroom floor was dirty and the towels had black stuff all over them. Bed room bedding on the bed looked dirty as they just remade the bed however because I was there for at least 3 week

For a cheap hotel they have great service and want to do their best to help. They are upfront with their services, and kind to their customers. Josh is the one who checked me in and he was efficient and helped me when I couldnt get my keycards to work. They are obviously doing some work right now, and some of the rooms are not in the best shape, but it reflects in the cheaper pricing which i am happy to pay. Plus I am able to park right in front of my room to keep an eye on my car, and that gives me some sense of security. They also seem to be pet friendly, and have a little dog walking/ picnic area right by their hotel. It seems there is a residential side as well, but i have no comment on that as i have not used them for that service. The staff are kind and friendly, the service is pr
