The Broadmoor

Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless and welcoming. From the valet service to the food and beverage team, every single person we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The attention to detail and level of hospitality truly made the experience perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

This is a tough one, since the good was very good and the bad was not so great. For all the good reviews that other people have given, yes, it is amazing. Something cool to see everywhere you look. My comments are going to be less than stellar, however keep in mind, most of it was good. The coffee in the room was not good. Be sure to read the directions if you just want hot water. It is possible. A couple doors were squeaky, which normally isn't a big deal, but when one person struggles with insomnia, being woke up in the middle of the night spells disaster for the insomniac. I asked them to oil it but they never did. Ironing board literally fell apart in my hands. They sent a new one which was much smaller and made it hard to iron my tall husband's clothes. We had a great experience. Everything was 5 stars. All the staff are very professional. Especially Julia at the front desk of Broadmore West extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I hope her supervisor will see this and give her the high five she deserves. Highly recommend this place.

I came to the Broadmoor for a conference and was fortunate to get a room. If you are planning a visit, I suggest making reservations far in advance. Check in and check out ran smoothly. They were able to hold our bags at the concierge while we were still at the conference. The staff were professional, respectful and helpful. The property is large so they offer a shuttle that stops at the various locations (ex. Golf course, parking garage). The grounds are well maintained (they are prepared for the snow!). I enjoyed sitting by the fireplace near the lobby. There is a hallway with various famous politicians and celebrities who have visited over the years. The Broadmoor is an amazing place. The staff is so personable and professional, attending to every detail in the rooms to the dining experience. You will step into the past of the west but be spoiled like royalty. Everyone should experience the Broadmoor once in their lifetime!
