You won't find a better deal! This place is the best because its quiet, quality, centrally located and safe! Plus the owners go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of, and your room is perfect. There are multiple types of arrangements from efficiency to bedrooms. I had a nice size kitchen which included utensils, appliances, etc. This was perfect for me since I just relocated to Colorado Springs and I was awaiting my household goods to be shipped, and to sign on my new place. Neighbors are friendly (one even helped me change a tire) and Sandy is wonderful. I highly recommend!

We lived at the American Home suites extended stay motel for 3 months this year while waiting to move. Sandy and her son Joeseph run the motel and are such friendly people. Our pet rabbits were allowed to stay with us and loved getting to run around in the grassy yard area behind the buildings. The coin laundry room is reasonably priced and always in working condition. Highly recommend this business for any long term stays in Colorado !

Living with Sandy and Emily for the past 16 months has been great. They are pleasant and work hard to create a great living experience. I consider them not just hosts, but friends. Sandy is great about security, so it a pretty safe place to stay and I felt the room and rate were a great value. The proximity to University Village and Garden of the Gods makes it good for shorts stays and long ones. If you are looking for an extended stay hotel or temporary accommodations while you're in Colorado Springs, I high recommend looking into it.

This place is incredibly pet friendly with a nice fenced in wooden area in the back with gorgeous views of Pikes Peak. Located 2 mins from i25, 5 mins to Garden of the Gods and less then 10 minutes from downtown you couldn't ask for something better centrally located. Best price in town and Joseph was great host! Highly recommend!

American Home Suites is absolutely amazing. It is safe, comfortable and very well-equipped. The owners Sandy and Joseph are extremely helpful and run a tight ship in ensuring security and safety. They are very kind and warm and we're very grateful for the experience we had staying there, it really felt like home and Joseph and Sandy became family.
