Positive: Check in/out staf were delightful. Having a clean & tidy room the hallway carpets , elevators were clean . I love that Negative: The food service staff weren't so engaged or friendly. Upon arrival we ate in the eveningin not sure his name if it was but getting a smile out of him was impossible The next night like 5 ppl there no engagement. That won't keep us fr rtrng

We had such a great experience staying here. Room was great - the welcome popcorn made everyone happy. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the evening appetizers and snack was awesome - we even ordered some desserts. The assistant manager was present, helping and assisting guests actively. The breakfast in the morning was more that we expected and great. We will totally stay here again!

We loved this place. The room was super clean—which is one of the two biggest priorities for us. Also, we felt very safe—other biggest priority. Our room was large with two queen beds and a nice sitting area with a huge window facing the mountains. The breakfast was good—a step above regular hotel breakfast choices—eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, etc. Coffee was always available and my husband is a 24 hour a day coffee drinker so that was great because it was good coffee. The “Kick Back” time was excellent! We were there for a little getaway and at breakfast, went out and did whatever activity it was that we wanted that day and had lunch out then came back for a light supper at Kick Back time. Wow, my recent hotel stay was a mixed bag! 🏨 The staff truly went above and beyond, making me feel so welcome. I seriously can't fault them for anything, 10/10 service all the way! The beds were like sleeping on clouds, super comfy and I got some great rest. Plus, the whole place was spotless, which is always a huge win for me. ✨ Unfortunately, some of the other guests were a bit of a letdown. It's a shame when people aren't considerate enough to make their children act right and the adults wernt much better to the hotel staff considering how they were short staffed and none of y'all tipped them or cleaned up after yourselves. Honestly, some of their behavior was just deplorable. 🤢🤮 Still, I'd definitely go back for the amazing hotel experience itself just not on a holiday weekend. #slapak

Breakfast: sausage patty, biscuit, bagels, eggs, gravy. It was fine hotel breakfast nothing special The parking is just in front of the hotel, not covered nor is it gated. But it felt safe I would stay again here. The location was great and the view was beautiful. The sound travels slightly from room to room but nothing that bothered me. The staff was also very kind
