Hampton Inn Colorado Springs I-25 Central

Came to this hotel thinking that it’ll just be a simple, clean, Hilton stay, and it was worse than I expected. This hotel isn’t even that old. It’s about 5 years old. I think Hilton put a new style for Hampton Inn because what I’m used to, it looks nothing like a Hampton. I’m shocked and ashamed to say that my room was a bit dirty. I’m also shocked to say that in September of 2025, out of 55 reviews on TripAdvisor, 79% of them are 5-star, and only 4% are 1-star and the latest 1-star review was in late October of 2024! There was pee in the toilet; someone took a dump in the parking lot. I did not see it happen, but I saw it there. Spending a full week at the Hampton during a work trip could have easily felt long and exhausting but thanks to Blanca and Jack, it felt like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with the biggest smiles and made it a point to ask how our days were going every single evening. It wasn’t just polite small talk… they genuinely cared. By the end of the week, it felt like we’d known them forever. I travel often for work, and I can honestly say this was the most welcoming stay I’ve ever had. Blanca’s warmth and positive energy set the tone every day, and Jack went above and beyond… even rescuing me when my room key decided to stop working. Positive: Great big room, great breakfasts, friendly helpful staff. Negative: They have been having issues with the hot tub. Wished that had been working.

Jack at the front desk is absolutely an amazing concierge. From the first phone call to the final goodbye, this gentleman has treated us with complete joyful professionalism. He has the go above and beyond attitude and generally seems to love serving his guests!. Thank you so much for the amazing service Jack!

Clean and inviting hotel. Love that they have coffee and tea when you check in and during the day as you walk into the hotel. Great free breakfast and good selection of snacks and items to purchase. The entire staff was amazing. Front desk guy Friday and Saturday night was great! Also, Adam and Dave were extremely helpful, informative and friendly. We will stay here again when we return to Colorado Springs next month.
