Travelodge by Wyndham Baton Rouge East

Me and my partner decided to get a hotel room for 5 days the experience was just horrible, we were told to check in around 3, but later told to come back in 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet. That's understandable.. but when my boyfriend went back after 30 minutes- he was told to wait even longer! After finally getting the go that our hotel room was ready, we drove over towards the back of the hotel to find our room number. Immediately, the room was hot! The TV wasn't even plugged into the cable. There was a random mirror leaning against the wall and the worst part apart it all!? I got trapped in the bathroom and couldn't get the door unstuck! The shower had to shower head and it was all around a frustrating experience, I convinced my partner to drive back up to the front so we

Save yourself the time and stay somewhere else. Couldn't get in our room. TV didn't work. Changed rooms. No fridge, no microwave and no shower curtain. Took a shower because I don't live in a 3rd world country and flooded the bathroom. No new clean towels the next day and told maintenance would bring us some. Still waiting.....

This place was horrible, just absolutely terrible. The room they gave us was not deluxe when I asked for one. The bed was terrible. And had bugs on it and the tv didn't work at all. If I could've gotten a refund I would but they say no refund after 30mins of checking in.

The service was horrible, the room smell like smoke, toilet, sink and shower broke. The cable box had a hole in it and the TV did not work. When asked for maintenance they said they stepped out and hours later still no service. This is the worst hotel Baton Rouge should condemn this hotel. I will never ever recommend nor come back to this hotel again.

Worst hotel I ever saw and I stayed in my fair share of rat holes. Door was falling apart. No microwave. No fridge . Thin sheets . Thin pillows . No towels. There was stains literally on the walls . And the sheets were filthy. With bed bugs .and these pictures are straight up lie .
