Travelers Lodge

Between this place and the Value Inn, I swear it’s a race to the bottom. The smell of spices, the language barrier, and bed bugs… yeah, nothing says ‘five-star comfort’ like that combo. I’ve stayed in crime scenes that felt cozier.

Positive: We ask for non-smoking, and the room smelled perfect. Also, the gentleman who was working seem to be the owner also, and he was very, very courteous. Negative: It was downtown, which was a little further than we had planned to be from the interstate. But it was a nice drive and easy to find.

We live 3.9 miles away from this hotel, but our air conditioning was broken so we needed a place to stay. This looked like there might not be bed bugs and was affordable. Plus, it had air conditioning.

Positive: The Staff is very courteous. They are always polite and helpful. The Roadway Inn & Suites Proprietors has an awesome and extremely thorough Team working for them. Negative: The Hotel did not express that their pool would not be available for my stay. The elevator was broken. That also was not mentioned. Had I been aware of these things, I would have asked for a 1st floor room instead of a 3rd floor room.

Rented 2 rooms because the power at our house was out. In both rooms the air conditioner was not working and rooms were run down. We did not stay and the would not give any kind of refund at all. I Will never go back and do not recommend this dump to anyone
