Comfort Inn & Suites Salina North

These rooms were very clean! No possible way are 2 of these other reviews accurate. 1st no bath tubs to have mold, only stand up showers, which was very clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh with potatoes and eggs along with sausage and waffles. A good breakfast to start our journey. Staff was very friendly, oh and by the way the young woman with tattoos is the sweetest little thing ever and by the way she has a name, its Ashley!

The hotel was comfortable and the desk person was friendly. Another reviewer mentioned black mold. We owned a construction company for 43 years. It was not black mold. It's a caulk issue. However, the light sconces on both sides of the vanity mirror were missing shades. It was just lightbulbs. It did feel a bit like the owner is trying to save money by not addressing these issues.

Front desk friendly and efficient. Booked the 2-queen-bed suite. I booked with points, but the price was also very affordable. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Nice shower, hot water, good pressure. Wifi good. Television had very good selections. |The breakfast room was very nice. Plenty of seating. I liked that there were trays to use so that you didn't have to keep going up and down to get things. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options.|I would definitely stay here again.

Checkin: Need to ring a bell. When that doesn’t work, call 0 on the lobby phone. Then staff asks why we didn’t just ring the bell. Room: Wet carpet made it slippery when walking on the tile afterwards. Wet carpet doesn’t feel good on bare feet. Also smells like wet carpet. Breakfast: Does not include fresh fruit. My wife says the bagel was the worst she ever had. WiFi: Worked sporadically at best. Was told staff that maybe it was my service provider being the issue. Bottom line: My wife was unhappy and therefore I’m unhappy.

After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a place to rest. I was blessed to get the last room. It was large and nicely furnished. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
