Holiday Inn Salina, an IHG Hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bars, so it felt very safe. There are plenty of outlets and ports for charging devices. The lighting is good. The bed was comfortable, and I like the pillow selections.||I enjoyed the breakfast at Burger Theory, both filling and delicious. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are friendly and efficient. It was a good place to stay after a late arrival at the nearby airport.

I stay over 100 nights a year and this was one of the better stays! Great customer service, big hotel, spacious room and great view from my room. I ate one night at the restaurant and the food (burger and fries) was really good! Great service and inexpensive for a hotel meal! The Christmas decorations are much appreciated for people like myself who live in hotels for the holidays. Customer service checkpoints throughout my stay were appreciated. Highly suggest this hotel.

We had a very quite stay. The staff are very hospitable and pleasant. I would have liked knowing the pool and hot tub were down when making the reservation, it may have made a difference in our decision to stay at a hotel where they had a pool. It was surprising that breakfast is not included ,would have helped with the value of our stay. The restaurant had good food but more variety would be nice especially for lighter eaters .They were friendly and took care of us . Maybe a little understaffed

I come here pretty regularly. It started out really nice but every time I come here it's a tiny little bit worse. Staff is a tiny little bit ruder, a tiny bit more things are broken. The rooms smell a tiny bit worse. The AC works a tiny bit worse. It's still an okay value but it's trending in the wrong direction. I wouldn't stay here if they didn't have a ~30% off deal on Hotwire. It's a decent hotel for $110 a night. It's not worth the $155 a night regular price.

Have stayed at this property for several years while attending an annual conference elsewhere in Salina. Staff was, and always has been, polite and accommodating. Property is clean. Have never had a safety issue while staying here. The only issue during this stay was the thermostat. Weather had just turned chilly (October in Kansas) so I changed the thermostat from A/C to Heat. That worked. However the highest temperature selection allowed was 71 degrees. Called the front desk. The clerk agreed to adjust the computer control to 75 degrees. Didn't work. She offered to bring up a space heater but I declined. Miss having control of the temperature in my own room. Stayed in 307.
