Travel Inn & Suites

In town for any events visiting family or friends, or just driving past town & need to take a quick nap… come stop by and check out travel inn for a nice calm and quiet stay, the pool is open also if here in the summer. Having a convenient market right in front of the motel and just down the street is a grocery store & a Food 4 Less near by. Unfortunately, many hotels are only given a star when arriving in bad moods, or things not up to their standards. Since it is not a hotel, of course you can expect it to look like one neither. It’s why it’s called a (Motel) I work many city events in Las Vegas and California. This post is solely on the customer service received by Lupe. I was in town for an event on the weekend of 5/31/25. Last minute reservations were made through a travel agency (ulifestyle collection). Upon arriving at the hotel I was told the AC was not working and room/reservation was not available. The front desk lady handed the phone to a lady named Lupe who immediately reassured me that my refund would be processed, she gave me her cell phone number to follow up with her on Monday (during the week) which I did and the refund was a smooth process. In the future, I will definitely consider staying again just due to the customer service!!! Totally impressed and satisfied. Thanks, Lupe!!!

Worst hotel I’ve been in my life. Everything in the room was broke. There were roaches. Rugs were coming off and there were people doing drugs all over the place. Not good for a family or kids at all. Reporting them to the health department. Do not ever booo with these people. Slum lords.

Made a reservation showed up to the hotel and they said no room available really bad service and woman at lobby very rude

Unsafe area, rude clerks, upstairs room was dirty and tore up. The faucet in our second room downstairs did not work, several stray cats who constantly fought by the pool area. Pool was closed for several violations, including an electrical hazzard. Upstairs door handle was broken, exposed pipes by one bed, all the chairs had horrible stains, holes in the doors, bathroom light could not be turned off, no light bulbs in almost all of the lights, walls were dirty, and bedsheets had stains. May be cheap but not worth any of your money. Do not stay here and just pay a little more to stay somewhere else.
