Travel Inn near Houston Downtown

I had a wonderful experience at this motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The managers were incredibly friendly and welcoming they really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night. Overall, a great value for the price! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through.

BEWARE ROACHES AND BED BUGS !!! New manager ESME is extremely improfessional. 1. Failure to provide proper notice for the exterminator. 2. Failure to communicate with the exterminator/tenants and took her frustrations out of paying tenants (because she was frustrated 🥴 she had to reschedule and actually do her job). 3. Threatening tenants who paid rent that she would evict them if exterminators weren't let inside of units. However, failure to uphold the date and time of agreement 🤝. So inconveniencing tenants and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and rescheduling the exterminator. She would rather be passive and treat paying tenants like trash. All because she didn't want to be inconvenienced to do her job. If I was a manager of a rental property and we had an agreement that

Had a good stay here. Room was recently remodeled & had a new bed, mini fridge, tv & microwave. Will definitely come back.
