Travel Inn

We stayed here about two weeks ago. Left and stayed with family for two weeks and informed the office there was a bug problem. My fiancé was covered in bites/welts from head to toe. It immediately cleared up when we were at our family home. Came back on Saturday to give the place another chance because we did have decent service and nice neighbors. My fiancé started breaking out again on Sunday and was covered in bites/welts by Monday. We started seeing the bugs on Monday and requested a new room. As soon as we opened the door to new room and turned on light, roaches scattered. This occurred at 9 pm and after working all day, I just wanted to leave, go to a new place, and get to bed. When I requested a refund, $60 of our $225 weekly rate was all that was refunded. I was furious!!!

I lived at this motel for better then 6 months, my toilet wouldn't flush for 4 and a half of those months, rooms were roach and bed bug infested toilets have hot water going into them instead of cold, plumbing is put together with gas valves, water is set my owner and you can't adjust water temperature, the gas valves prevent you from adjusting the temperature. Snakes were coming into the rooms from the unkept basement snacks in the office is 2-4 yrs outdated and unfit to be eaten. Rooms cost upwards of 1000 month. Busted septic system cost the owners 9,000.00 which they are trying to get away without paying. Green cards are in question as I'm told there Green cards are many years expired.a couple I met during my stay. Said they had 1 bed for the 2 adults but kids slept side by side on

So so so nasty if you like cockroachs this is the place.. as soon as we opened the fridge they came out running and I was nope let's go somewhere else and we did..If your looking for a hotel or motel I wouldn't recommend cave city go to horse cave or somewhere else

nasty rooms, bed bugs,roaches,rats. clogged drains , no hot water,black mold everywhere. reminds you of bates motel...aleast there cops werent constanly harrassing you because your out of town passing through

The owners refuse to update the rooms the up keep is poor and needs work black mold was growing in the room I rented . They would everyday created new rulings in their favor to insure payment
