Hampton Inn Cave City

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we especially want to recognize Jeffrey at the front desk for making the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly kind and attentive. Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. He handled everything with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who truly seems to care about guests the way he does. All staff members were great and the hotel itself was comfortable.

Our family stayed for a quick getaway and was very impressed. The hotel manager called prior to arrival to greet (due to Hilton Gold status, never receive this from similar chains) us and the room was spotless. Younger children loved pool and breakfast.

Positive: Great staff who was passionate about his job. Made sure everything was going well with our stay. Negative: Our smelled a bit musty.

Easily some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! My only small complaint would be the room temperature the first night. Night two was just fine. It’s pretty central to everything you could want to do around the area. Very clean location and tasty breakfast.

I recently stayed here with my parents because we were visiting some family that isn't doing to good. I work at a different Hampton in a different state so somethings seemed weird. First, they took my payment out of my bank before 3pm which is check in time. Second, when we drove 6 hours to the hotel and was checking in we were told there is a $40 incidental which is fine untill they said it had to be on a card. That this hotel doesn't take cash...what hotel doesn't take cash? So we had to drive to Glasgow at 1am to get cash out on our card. And if you have a NetSpend card, it will NOT work here. Other than them "supposedly" not taking cash the stay was fine. The toilet kept making a loud noise too. Also if you have multiple cards they won't charge them they will try to charge you double o
