The campground and landscaping are immaculate. The pavilion and pickleball courts and walking path are all well-kept. We did have some highway noise and could hear the train come through. Fortunately, the train didn’t run across a roadway, so it didn’t blare its horn. We’d recommend a site furthest away from the tracks, highway and hotel view. There is a laundry room and rec room with a pool table, board games, and a tread mill. It is close to Mammoth Cave.||We were pleased the pool was still available for our trip. It is well cared for and heated. The only downside is that the pool is small, like small even for a backyard pool. The first night of our stay there was just one other couple with our family for part of the time. The second night no one was swimming when our boys were swimming.

Clean, friendly and totally awesome RV park! Easy pull through and morning trash pick-up at the end of our site was nice. One of the amenities that sets it apart from other parks is the beautiful spacious fenced dog park; there is even a gazebo with chairs to enjoy watching our dog explore the tree-lined, grassy enclosure. We experienced a true southern welcome from Rosie in the office! She was the deciding factor for choosing this location when we called from Montgomery, AL looking for an overnight stop on our way back to northern MI. Because of our exceptionally positive experience we plan to return this summer with our grandson and explore the fun activities in the area. Also, we’ll bring our bicycles because this RV park has biking & walking trails, too!

We have stayed here several times. Always clean and the staff are super friendly. We recently purchased a new RV near by and Cave Country was open all winter so we decided to stay with them again. We had full hookups so we tested out all the new rv systems. Cable is off during the winter months but that was ok. We were able to pick up some local news stations with our antenna. Easy access and they have a fantastic dog walk area. We travel with our dog who requires lots of exercise. It was a bit too cold for pickleball (we break too many balls when it is cold), but they have 2 beautiful pickleball courts. Cave Country is located within walking distance of restaurants; so we didn't need to unhook our rig to get something to eat. There are lots of things to do within a 20 to 30 minute drive.

Located right off 65. Convenient to attractions north and south. We stayed 4 nights for a KYD pickle ball meet up. The campground was a perfect blend of close enough for connecting with people but provided some privacy. Bathrooms were very clean and always had great 80’s music going! The campground dog park is spacious and actually has grass. Owners and staff were second to none. Would 100% recommend this park.

We had the most amazing stay! Location: it is very easy to get to from the Highway. Very close to attractions, caves, hiking, National Park. People: friendly! The staff and owners are simply amazing! Anything you need, they have it or help you get it. Cleanliness: the bathhouse was one of the cleanest i have been to. Pets: they have the best dog park ever! We travel with 2 full size doodles who need exercise. They had a wonderful time playing with the owners dog! There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the campground. A beautiful walking/bike trail, local attractions, a swimming pool and pickleball court. They have big pull through sites with cable and FHU! They come through daily and pick up the trash.
