Everything was great. If I had to comment on something it would be the guy who works the breakfast. He wears gloves, which is great but he never changes them. He uses his phone, pulls down shades, wipes down the counters then goes and moves the food around after doing all those things. That defeats the purpose of the gloves.

Not sure why the reviews aren’t higher for this hotel! We moved ourselves from Colorado to Tennessee so we did 6 back and forth trips and stayed at this hotel to recharge each time. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the morning breakfast is everything you need and the gentleman keeps up on it and clean! |My Biggest kudos goes to Stacy at the front desk!!!! She was SO accommodating and friendly and got to know us by name Quickly 😊 |She made this place a 10/10!

Not kid friendly.....was an approved hotel for kids hockey tournament. Threatened several times by staff that we will be kicked out. If you have kids don't stop here.... no pool either.

We were disappointed in this TP. Most stay in a hotel with a kitchen so they can cook a bit. No kitchen exhaust, only blows into room. Windows do not open. Hallway smelled of a strong mix of foods cooked nearby, permeated into our room. HVAC has issues, does not hold temp, so it’s difficult to even use AC to freshen the room. Thankfully we did not stay past one night. Not our usual experience for a Townplace. |Staff was good, functionality of room sucks. Unless you are willing to go into St Louis, this is probably the best area to stop, but why pay more for a hotel you cannot comfortably utilize the kitchen?
