Hampton Inn St. Louis Wentzville

We are Gold members not that it matters but I got a little snack to take to my room when I checked in. Great service. I had my dogs with me and although there were several other dogs here, it did not smell like dog. It was super clean and very nice. Staff was super helpful. Great breakfast too, wasn't old, cold or full of mold. It was fresh, clean and good! Thank you!!

You know I feel like for hotels I'm normally very easy to impress. This hotel has raised the bar for me. The way they treated my kids,my wife and myself i just don't think I've seen that from very many hotels. If I come back to the area definitely will be booking here! Also I've not seen a hotel with such a wide variety of options for a free breakfast!

I find Hampton Inns to be clean, quiet and comfortable and this hotel did not disappoint. Easy location off I-70 with dining options nearby. My room (229) was perfect and I slept well. Lisa was on duty when I checked in and she was efficient and pleasant. The breakfast is always wonderful with lots of options. Gwen kept things stocked and was very pleasant. |The one challenge is the price on the website is always lower than what is available so it feels like a bait-and-switch.

Have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years but so very disappointed with our most recent stay. BEWARE, they’re now charging a parking fee even though it’s a shared parking lot with a movie theatre and I was never questioned if I was even using their parking lot nor asked for a license plate number. As a Planet Fitness member I would have parked in their adjacent lot for no fee just on principle. I don’t mind paid parking if there’s a secured, patrolled lot but this location doesn’t have that. Interior hallway on 1st floor is in need of touchups. Walls and doorways very scraped and/or dirty. Very comfortable bed and linens, but pillows a bit small. Hotel is decent but the gaps below the door are like 2 inches big. I had to lay a towel on the ground to cover the gap and block noise as well. Also, they charge you a parking fee without even informing you to fill anything out. They just make the assumption that you have a vehicle. What if I carpooled with a co worker and shared a car? What if I parked at the movie theater? The front desk never asked if I had a vehicle. This is a total SCAM especially since the parking charge doesn't pay for any kind of security service or security gate maintenance. Way to nickel and dime without having a 'resort' fee or 'destination' fee.
