Crossroads Heritage Motel

My family and I were quite happy with our stay here. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, it's a bit older motel, but I didn't have any issues with that. The rooms weren't huge, but we didn't feel cramped either. I'm very particular about the cleanliness of my hotel rooms, having had the experience of working in a hotel and seeing what guests can do, and I had NO problems with this place. When our remote didn't work (needed batteries), they quickly gave us their remote for the office, and then called to make sure it was working properly. Someone even came round with extra towels so that we'd be sure to have enough for my family of 4. Should I ever need to get another hotel in Wentzville, I would most definitely stay there again.

Its a clean no-frills motel. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and direct. He was very accommodating to our needs as tourists. The shower was lovely. There was AC.

I was very pleased with my stay at this local motel. I was able to have my dog with me for a small fee. The room and bath room were super clean, not a speck of dust or dirt on the floor. It was super quiet, the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The TV was the best I have seen in a motel...big and great selection of channels. It is family run, and the owners could not have been nicer and were respectful of privacy. I felt safe there as a single lady. I would happily stay again!

The room was clean, no sign of bedbugs or anything of the sort. It was noisy, however. There are people living here for whatever reason, and they are not quiet about it. You can hear pretty much everything happening in the other rooms. One neighbor didn't turn the TV off until really early in the morning. Not bad, but not great and I don't know if I'd stay here again

One of my employees had to stay a cpl weeks there and it was terrible, heat did not work. When he complained they brought a very tiny space heater that was not heating up. To expensive for the service. Stay away!
