Would never recommend. I booked a room a week ahead of time and even requested a late check in. When I arrived was told my room was sold mind you it was midnight and my family including a six year old and one year old were with me and was told there were no more rooms. At first was told there was not a manager. Then spoke to someone on the phone and then a manager appeared. Was told I was sent an email the previous night that my reservation had been canceled when I was sent an email saying to check in early no such cancel email was sent to me. Was told there was nothing that they could do for my family and a room isn’t your room until check in even if paid for… I would think twice before trusting these people. My room was most likely sold to make more profit.

I wasn’t given my complimentary water upon checkin because this hotel can’t find my member account, I even showed them I am gold member elite member in the website. I gave them my drivers license and also paid with my Marriott Bonvoy credit card. I complained the next day to the manager and still would not give the water. Really poor service. My stay wasn’t posted and counted in my account because the desk person used my middle name when entering my reservation. I contacted the Marriott customer service and this hotel and they are having trouble tracking this stay because they didn’t record any reservation number so it wasn’t tracked. Now they can’t honor my stay! Please fix this! This is unacceptable! Also we noticed there were bedbug eggs in the bathroom, we were already so tired from ou

Checked in at 10:30 pm as an emergency spontaneous stop due to our little one being car sick... smooth fast check in! Polite staff! I asked for extra pillows and blankets and got them right away! Room definitely surprised us! Good price, feels clean! Im very picky! This is actually best one we have stayed at in such a rush! Also yes full kitchenette!

First things first — I loved the modern rooms. They come with a full kitchen, dishwasher, a big fridge, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you could possibly need. I was really grateful for all of that because it made my stay so much easier. Oh I cannot forgot the breakfast! Great breakfast options ! Just need to wake up early so you don’t miss it. But the main downside was the housekeeping. They didn’t change the bed sheets, and I had to ask every time I needed clean towels. During my 10-day stay, the room was only cleaned once or twice. They also didn’t restock shampoo, conditioner, or body wash even when I asked, so I ended up using the same little shampoo bottle for everything for almost a week. This place truly has a lot of potential, but they need to improve on the basics — clean

Hotel facilities were fine and what I’d expect from a Marriott location. Just for background, I’m a Marriott Titanium member and have spent 100+ nights in Marriott hotels for 5 straight years. The manager on duty at the time of check in was easily the worst Ive experienced as a Marriott member. Note she was wearing a “US foods” hoodie, cargo pants, and no name tag. Would have no idea she even worked there. I booked this hotel to attend a wedding three weeks in advance. I checked in 48hrs in advance with a 1pm arrival time through the mobile app. We arrive at 1:30. No rooms available. She told me I’d have to wait til 3pm to get a room. (Hasn’t happened in 5 years of checking in early) Explained I didn’t have time for that because of the wedding, any room would be fine, I don’t care. It’s 2p
