disgusting. Infestation of “ladybugs” in the room and wouldn’t let us switch the rooms. The woman who was “helping” us was extremely rude. All she did was give us a spray and said that it would kill them when they got onto it, but they literally didn’t and they were EVERYWHERE. The bugs were crawling everywhere on the beds, the stand, the ceiling. My sister was so jumpy at every moment and itchy she might feel, because it scared her so bad that a bug might be on her. The elevator was also broken and my disabled mother had to walk all the way up to fourth floor. When it did work it barely closed, and it made a creaky noise that sounded like it was about to break. The girl at the front was okay. She’s probably the best part about it. DON’T GO HERE!!! The rooms are disgusting!

Overall pleasant experience. It's a modest hotel that could use a little repair work in the room. The staff were all friendly, the lobby and rooms were clean. No cockroaches or bedbugs that other reviews have mentioned. Convenient location close to the highway.

Unfortunately there was hair all over our shower and towels, and in our bed and on our pillows. We talked to the person at the front desk, and they apologized and explained how their cleaning lady has long hair and she can’t put it in a net, but the problem was there was all types of lengths and different color hair in the shower and bed not just that one lady’s. We don’t normally care about being to picky when it comes to cleanliness however there was also bunch of dirt down at the feet of our bed as if it was from other people feet so I don’t think the sheets were changed either. The hotel gave us sheets and said they would give us a $25 discount which in my opinion does not justify how dirty our room was. Bathroom was dirty, found hair on the floor and chipped drywall under the sink. Floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Elevator was very sketchy..

Although the customer service was so wonderful and great, unfortunately, we couldn't sleep. After driving for over 10 hours, we stopped here to sleep, but the lights behind the tv and behind the bed do not go off. We can't sleep with any lights on, as it keeps us awake. So the whole time we just were lying awake and then had to get back out on the road at 6 AM the next day to drive 7-8 more hours. It was terrible and we definitely won't stay again, even though we did appreciate the service
