Decent hotel but I will never return:| 1. They TRIPLED the pricing for a holiday weekend. | I did not realize how bad I got ripped off until my friends, | staying in other hotels all throughout Waco, told me what | they were paying. | 2. They only clean the rooms every three days. Good luck | getting fresh towels. Everything is self-serve here. But you | are paying a premium price. ||The manager and staff are very pleasant ... but the franchisee|owner is a greedy, unethical proprietor. Never again. See ya!

Been there twice. Love the rooms, walk in shower. Stove, dishwasher etc. Breakfast is pretty good. Have a nice selection that changes daily. Parking for busses.

Suites are nice and have a decent kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. If you're in town without a car, they're conveniently located next to a general store and a decent steak place.

Great extended stay option! The full kitchen in the room was perfect for our week-long visit. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Fantastic stay! The complimentary breakfast saved us so much time. Waffles were great and plenty of options. Close to everything we wanted to see in Waco.
