TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ventura Oxnard

We are so grateful that we chose this hotel and location. The property is new, clean, and exceptionally well maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic—just off the freeway and directly across the street from an abundance of shopping and dining options, including Starbucks, Target, Whole Foods, and numerous clothing stores. Everything we needed was conveniently close by. Any questions or needs we had were addressed quickly and thoroughly, and the front desk staff, Yomayra & Maria were outstanding. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely choose this hotel again.

Our room was great! Super spacious, and spotless! Check in was very easy, we were given the top floor, with a view of the mountains. Very quiet room, even though, the hotel was fully booked, we heard no noises, from other rooms. The breakfast room was really large, good selection of items, including eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. The pool was large, with a bbq area. I will definitely book again, when visiting Oxnard!

I stayed at TownePlace for about two months, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, and the building is new, clean, and very well maintained. A special thanks to Maria, Sophia, Autumn, Yomayra and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made my long stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended! 🌟

Hotel is really well done! Very courteous staff. Nice decor and quiet rooms. Nice pool area, sports courts and gym. Great location as far as shops in the area. Car charging available as well. Appears to be pet friendly as well. I look forward to staying here for future trips to the area.

What a beautiful, new hotel! Everything, about the property, was excellent. The young woman, at check in was very accommodating. My partner needs a quiet room, so we were given the top floor. Our room was lovely! It was sparkling clean, and the kitchette, had everything one needs, for extended stays. The breakfast room, was really large, didn't feel crowded, at all. Plenty of free parking, as well as etv car chargers. I looked at the property photos online, it was better, in person. We will definitely stay there, again, when in Oxnard!
