Hampton Inn Channel Islands Harbor

The staff here is so wonderful and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay. The rooms are spacious and are modern. Everything was super clean and crisp. New A/C units keep the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast is served hot and is what you would expect. The hotel is almost done with their renovation and looks amazing! The views of the marina are beautiful.

The Hampton Inn Channel Islands was fabulous. The front desk staff was caring and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The room was clean and the view was outstanding. Our room overlooked the boats in the Harbor and the sunset was gorgeous, right from the balcony.

We stayed at the Channel Islands Harbor in Santa Barbara and overall had a decent experience. The location is beautiful, and our room fronted the marina, which offered a very soothing and peaceful view — definitely the highlight of our stay. However, a few things could have been better. The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing; when we came down at 6:30 AM, there was no fruit available, and we had to head out early for a game. I also lost my favorite sleepwear during our stay and filed a complaint, but unfortunately, no one followed up with us about it. In addition, the third floor was under construction at the time, so it wasn’t as quiet or orderly as we hoped. Despite these issues, the room itself was comfortable, and the view made up for some of the inconveniences. With a few i
