I don't exactly know HOW to describe my experience at this hotel! Our room had no heat or hot water (and yes, both issues were reported with no resolution), the doors would be locked an no one at the front desk to open it, and the hallway area in front of the breakfast room smelled like "wet dog"! Our first night there, the poor clerk could not get several room keys to work and didn't have enough plastic cards available to make room keys for guests checking in! We had one key that worked and one that did not. People could not get in the doors once they were outside. Digital keys would not work on the app.......the WHOLE entire evening was a complete mess. The poor desk clerk was the only one present and while she did her best to remain calm, you could tell that the stress of the whole situ
This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The amount of dust and filth was shocking. There were brown stains on the sofa. I wouldn't let my daughter sit on with towels on the chair. The drawers in one bedroom didn't close. There were only 2 remote controls for the 3 tv's. Behind the bathroom door it appeared to be snot or blood smears all over. The entire place needs the carpet shampooed. The refrigerator looked like something they picked up on the side of the road. I expected much better for $225 per night. I deserve a refund. See attached photos.
I’ve never stayed in one Marriott hotel that pretty much all amenities fell apart in a single stay of 2 nights. First of all I travel with young child so I have way too many things some people may never think off : bed railings, toilet set, step stool. Etc etc so I do not want to move rooms once I settle down. The shower experience feels like being whipped, the water wash down so harshly even my child (being much shorter) claimed it hurt to shower. I have never used such horrible shower head in my life and there’s no way to adjust it. The shower curtain is way too short to stop water from coming out of the tub, it got everywhere. The toilet flush didn’t stop, water kept flowing, I had to get up a few times at night to stop it. I didn’t even use the dishwasher, and water flew out from it! D
Positive: Check in lady was super sweet. Negative: Room wasn’t a 3* room. Bathroom wasn’t t very clean. No body soap in dispenser in shower and conditioner had been ripped off wall and top broke and just left in the shower. Floor had small hair and debris on floor. Only two towels. Breakfast not utilized.
Had family member in the hospital. I’ve stayed here before. They accommodated us with whatever we needed. Was unsure how long we were staying but they worked with us. Had a great breakfast to start to day. Staff super friendly and helpful
