TownePlace Suites by Marriott Savannah Airport

Unfortunately terrible experience the room had a very bad fish odor. I immediately went back to front desk to request a change of room. Being a loyal Gold member you would think they will go out of their way to accommodate you especially when the room SMELLED VERY BAD. all they said was that the hotel is full and nothing g they can do. They didn’t even try to accommodate us at a nearby hotel. We were stuck that night sleeping in this smelly room but checked out very early as the smell was out of control. I will never recommend or stay at this place again.

Gorgeous renovation and amazing location less than 5 minutes from the airport. Beyond that, it's your standard meh TownPlace Suites. The room was nice, but the fridge was really loud, which is extra noticeable in a studio setup where you're trying to sleep in the same space. Decent for a quick stopover.

Although many of the employees at TownePlace Suites Savannah were really nice and friendly, the manager seemed to be a little lacking in that dept. We didn't have hot water twice and the manager acted like I was lying on the 2nd time. The room was musty and damp. The hotel could use a major renovation...carpets in room needs to be changed. The room we were in for almost 3 weeks was the size of a small 1 bedroom apt and was big enough for me, hubby and 2 dogs(we had the separate bedroom). I wouldn't recommend staying more than 3 days due to the living room furniture being the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture ever. The queen bed wasn't comfortable either. For the price they charge, you would expect a bed to be much better and definitely more comfortable. The breakfast was edible...they

I have been traveling for the past 9 years, and this is byfar the worst experience I've encountered with hotels staff, The manager and the assistant manager were very rude. the treated me like an intruder instead of a quest. I will cancel all of my upcoming reservation due to the lack of professionalism.

Was there for almost 2 weeks for business. Only complaint was the awfully old tv in my room, but they replaced it the next day which was great
