TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh Cary/Weston Parkway

Lovely team at this property with every single person I've interacted with to date. -Front desk & breakfast area is always staffed with a smile. -Rooms are clean so I don't care how old the building is (but this is an older property if it matters to you). -Housekeeping & Engineering do a great job with upkeep. I did have a minor issue which was promptly fixed. -You're surrounded by green space & have nice walking trails around a small nearby lake. Thank you Iris, Mona, Carla, Angel, Wayne, & other names I've forgotten!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding block, the hotel was just OK. There are two different buildings and most of our block was in the main building, but others were in a separate building which was a little disappointing since we booked months in advanced. ||We had a Studio, 1 Queen Bed with a Sofa Bed. The room was laid out so there was definitely enough space for our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) The room was not as nice as it looked in the photos. There was no vent in the bathroom so it got really steamy, there was mold trapped in the layers of mirror and rust on the vent. The only mirrors in the room, were in the bathroom. The room itself wasn't super clean, there were cobwebs on the light fixtures and there were stains on the comforter/bedding. My 8YO daughter slept on the p

I've liked this hotel ever since I stayed here for about 4.5 months for onboarding training with my (then new) job. Fast forward three years and this hotel still gets my smiley faces and repeat business. All the rooms (that I have stayed in) have a small kitchen but a full sized fridge which makes it easy to cook for yourself over long or short stays. As someone with special dietary habits, this is very helpful, especially because a lot of the breakfast options are out of the question for me. Given the size of the public areas in the hotel, they manage to cram a lot of quality in. My favorite part about this hotel has always been the people who work here. This place is spic and span when it comes to linens. Bed sheets are crisps. I don't believe that floors are vacuumed daily because I found 2 tiny bottles of wood glue on the floor in my room. I had a pet with me so that wasn't comforting. Morning breakfast isnt very exciting. Oatmeal was stuck to the pot. Only one waffle maker. Only 3 tables and a bench to eat at. Eggs and meat are microwaved and not very tasty. Best thing on the bar was cereal and milk.

Nice customer service and Free breakfast 🥞 and also it will be convenient to have the breakfast area connected to the room so you have to walk other than that everything else is good 👍👍😊 on the outside You all can get the blink camera for the hotel 🏨 and install the App on your employee cell phone
