Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40

This location is the place to stay when visiting Cary. My husband and I travel to Cary every few months, and homewood suites is our 2nd home. Walking in the front door; you can see how well kept and clean it is. The front desk greets with a smile. The hotel staff walks around with a smile and speaks to their guests. Breakfast is amazing as well! The rooms are clean and cozy. #1, in the area in my opinion!

I really liked the rooms; kitchenette with dishwasher, full fridge and stocked with dishes. King sized bed was very comfortable. Good climate controls. Nice couch area in room. Morning breakfast (included) was respectable. Clean lobby, very friendly and polite staff at the front desk. My room just looked out at a brick wall but I wasn't there for the scenery so didn't care.

So many positive things to say about this hotel. Friendly service (front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping), clean and large rooms and public spaces and we loved the proximity to Target and restaurants. I felt their complimentary breakfast buffet was generous for "free hotel breakfast" standards too! Thank you for such a great stay.

From the time I walked in I was addressed with respect and a welcome greeting. I came early before check and I was still able to get a room. Breakfast is good ans the bedroom is great, you have a full kitchen and it feels very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. It is under good management and the employees take pride in their work.

My family and I stayed at this establishment last week for a conference we attended. We were extremely impressed with our suite. It was my dog’s first travel, and she acclimated quickly. The front desk staff were super amazing, the location was safe and close to local eateries and shopping. It also minutes away from the Dorton Arena. The one draw back, was the bath tub was not clean. I take into consideration that housekeeping have so much time per suite to clean. I travel with my cleaning supplies, so it an easy fix. I would definitely visit again so we can get the full use of the suite. I’m very big on customer service, and you all exceeded that for my family and I. That makes a big difference these days.
