Great hotel in a good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Beds are comfortable. Just a couple of things to work on. We had a room reservation for 5 people and only 3 towels. We went to the front desk to ask for more please and they only had bath mats which they gave us a stack. Unfortunately being a floor linen, didn't really want to dry off with it that's kind of gross even if clean. They need to have enough towels. Also, the body wash was only about 1/4 full too when we arrived which 5 people went through quickly and ran out late at night. I like those pump bottles vs the little soaps but housekeeping should refill those every time they clean the room please. Sounds nitpicking but when you don't have enough soap or towels for the family it's a bit of a problem for the stay. Breakf

Our experience this weekend was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment our swim team from Richmond, Virginia, arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home.||||Matthew, the bartender, was fantastic all weekend—so friendly, attentive, and supportive of our entire group. Matthew went above and beyond his assigned duties to make our team feel welcome.||||Betty, the general manager, made our check-in smooth and seamless, which was a huge help with such a large team.||||Victoria, the guest services manager, and Cecilia, the overnight manager, were both amazing—so welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay exceptional. The housekeeping staff also deserves a huge shoutout for keeping everything spotless and comfortable th

Positive: Check-in was seemless. The breakfast and coffee were good. The hotel was clean and fresh. Negative: The toilet in the room was janky, it flushed sometimes and other times you had to wait to flush. Not cool. The pool did not look very inviting.

This was our third stay here, and it’s consistently wonderful. The hotel is always exceptionally clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Evan — he goes above and beyond every time we visit. He has a great personality and always offers helpful, personalized advice about the area. On this trip, he even gave us tips on where to park for a concert to avoid traffic — such a thoughtful touch! We’ll definitely continue staying here. Highly recommend!

This is our go-to hotel when we travel to Raleigh. The hotel is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are always nice. This past weekend, we stayed one night for a concert & as always, the hotel was comfortable & clean. This stay in addition to a great hotel, we were also treated to Evan working behind the front desk. He is a true gem and the hotel is lucky to have him. We were in town for a concert and he went out of his way to provide directions to the arena that avoided all traffic; he was super friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. Evan is by far the most hospitable conceirge that we have encountered across any hotels in the states over the last several years!
