Residence Inn by Marriott North Little Rock

After this trip, anytime I come come back to Little Rock, this is the ONLY place I will stay. Why? Because all the staff was very nice and accommodating... But mostly because Rita works here. She fed me breakfast every morning, and she was like a mother. So sweet, caring, and kind. Easy and comfortable to talk to. I'm actually going to miss her ❤️

Received excellent service from the staff even though we are not high level rewards members or frequent guests. We needed a room close to the door because we had a great deal to unload from the vehicle. We arrived late and sure enough, the room next to the door was ours. We are willing to pay a little more for comfort and cleanliness, but between a free evening meal, which was unexpected, and the lovely breakfast, this room is a very good value. This really was just a place for us to catch 40 winks, but it sure was nice to do with service and comfort.

Where can I begin?!? When they say it is your home away from home it is exactly that! Alaa , Tisha, Juanita , Christina, Antonio , Carole … everyone was absolutely amazing! Alaa (forgive me if spelling is wrong) but you went above and beyond for us during our stay and I literally miss you! If you are considering staying at this location you will not be disappointed! It is very clean , quiet , delicious breakfast daily, great location close to everything! In addition the staff is amazing!

Close to the hospital and the staff was INCREDIBLE! However...this place needs to be updated badly: *the door handle in our bathroom was falling off *there was stains all over the furniture (we were in a suite) *the TV wouldn't turn off and there was no remote-had to unplug all the wires from the back to get it to go off *there was a dirty sock behind one of the bedroom doors 🤢

The on-site manager was very friendly and accommodating, and she could tell that we were a very tired from traveling and needed to get in our room, especially my grumpy spouse 😁. The entire hotel showed that the manager was present and cared about her property.
