The staff and especially management were super helpful. Accommodating me w a super late check out after my biz meetings ran longer than expected. The room was clean and felt like it was brand new. Overall it was a pleasant experience for a quick stay and it would have made a decent landing spot if I needed to stay a little bit longer anyway.

We just stayed a night while visiting one of the nearby colleges and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. The person who checked us in could not have been nicer or more friendly, asking very curious (not in a creepy way) questions about our travels. We got takeaway for dinner and loved having the amenities of the in-room kitchen (plates, fridge...) When we were rushing the next morning, the woman working the breakfast buffet offered to get us paper plates so we could take food to go. 100% would choose this hotel again over similar chain hotels along the same road.

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights in a king studio with a full kitchen. It was perfect for visiting our family in nearby Easthampton (about 18 minute drive). The breakfast is a plus, served in a pleasant dining area, though I would rate the food itself as average. The room was very comfortable, with good lighting. Having the kitchen was helpful for such a long stay. Property is clean and well maintained - though the windows in our suite could have used a good cleaning. Staff always on hand and very friendly. The BBQ restaurant next door is quite good. Other restaurants and shopping nearby. Nice outdoor patio area. Definitely recommend, and we will no doubt return next year.

Great hotel especially for an extended stay. Very pet friendly. Had a standard hot breakfast. The gym was clean and had nice new machines. Staff were very friendly, especially Colin at the front desk. |I definitely will be returning!

The rooms here are very spacious with a small kitchen to include a refrigerator, microwave, a 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and a kitchen sink! The hotel is staffed with employees who are very friendly, willing to assist you and make your stay amazing! It is a 5-10 minute drive from UMASS! We will be using this as our hotel when visiting our college student!
