Great few days there! Needed somewhere to stay that accepts my dog and this place was perfect. It was so nice having a kitchen and the location can’t be beat. They put me in a room that was right next to an outdoor pet area which was so helpful. You’d never know it was a pet friendly hotel, the room was so clean and no weird odors. David the night auditor was so courteous and professional during check-in/check out and Josh from maintenance is the BEST. My car wouldn’t start one morning and Josh was able to jump it for me within 5-10 minutes of me stopping by the front desk to ask for help. Both front desk receptionists that I interacted with were so friendly, as well. Definitely staying there again on my next hometown visit!

We’re a family of 5 and really enjoyed our room here. We had a two bedroom suite with a living room and kitchenette. It’s extra spacious compared to similar extended stay places that we’ve been to. Even the breakfast was decent with a few extra options that I don’t normally see like chia seed pudding and tortillas with toppings. Beds very comfortable as well. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance too (including an Aldi’s next door). My only complaint is that the unit didn’t have a traditional coffee pot. I love my coffee and bring my own grounds because I prefer my coffee above others. This place only had a tiny contraption that uses a particular type of coffee packet. That was really disappointing. Wrapping up a one week stay here. Have stayed here multiple times and the property and rooms are wonderful. It still feels like new condition for the most part. The one area that could be improved is the hospitality of the front desk staff. Not a single time over the course of one week were we greeted in the lobby when coming or going! The staff seem to hide in the back office and only come when you are clearly waiting at the front desk counter. Maybe not a big deal, but a simple hello or have a good day goes a long way! It’s clear this isn’t prioritized at this Hilton property.

I have severe arachnophobia and specifically avoid ground-floor hotel rooms for this reason. On my last stay here, I was assigned a ground-floor room and, unsurprisingly, there was a spider inside. The front desk claimed there were no other rooms available, leaving me stuck. For this trip, I submitted a request weeks in advance to be placed on the second or third floor. Using the hotel’s online map, I even provided a generous list of 20+ room numbers that would work. Despite this, I arrived tonight to find my request had been completely ignored. Once again, I was assigned a ground-floor room. When I asked to be switched, the front desk agent not only refused but first lied, saying the hotel was full and there was no way he could move me. I schedule a room block for my wedding stay from 10/19-10/21. Worst experience Ive ever had with a hotel. Staff is rude, except for Danisha. The manager Sharon is even worse. My sister had to change rooms 3 times, and was hung up on twice by Luis, they also made me wait almost 40 min for a clean room. My dog had an accident on the bed and when I asked for new sheets, and they put the same pee sheets on my bed when I got back.. disgusting, when I complained the manager blamed my dog " she must of peed on the bed again" it was dry and smelt of cleaning product mixed with pee. Save your money DO NOT GO HERE
