Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst

Very clean, quiet room with comfortable bed at a great price. Being a Choice Hotels member really helps capture the best price available. Loved the attentive service during the reservation process. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience in a location that met our needs.

very comfortable, nice staff. they let us see one room, and let us choose a different one (first floor seemed a bit smokey). and the toilet needed plunging and the maintenance worker was there in minutes and was nice and polite and quick. I LOVED the pool!!! My friend and I really loved the Breakfast bar, make your own waffles! And the beds were REALLY comfortable!!! the mattress, the pillows and the sheets were DIVINE!!! My friend also really loved the lemon-water available in the lobby. Really Outstanding!

The room was really comfy with a warm, cozy bed with great pillows and a nice shower. Breakfast was delicious- the staff making Brunch was super-nice and the Breakfast Room was very clean. Overall, a 10!

I stay in many hotels for work travel and I sleep the best in this one. I actually asked receptionist about the pillows and she directed me where to buy from. This particular comfort inn has hands down the BEST breakfast. Clean rooms, great little business area that I've used many times. Zero noise from other occupants even when I had a basketball team staying on same floor. 15/10

They say that the rooms are cleaned professionally with hospitality but how you explain this and dont call for a coffee maker replacement because they dont have more instead they let you know that they have fresh coffee in breakfast,dont fall for it its more of a tea coffee. you call for room service and the front desk has the guts to inform you that the rooms are clean if iam sure i want clean again.The jacuzzi by the pool says is unlawful to have children under 16 and its always full of kids,no order so dont leave you're kids alone nobody will rescue them,there's no live guard in pool section supervising.Its completely unsafe for minors
