TownePlace Suites by Marriott Eugene

​Our family enjoyed our stay here during a spring break road trip earlier this year, so we didn't hesitate to book it again for our latest trip. Once again, it proved to be a quiet and pleasant experience.||​We stayed in a very spacious suite equipped with a full-sized fridge, a large microwave, and two electric burners. While the kitchenette included a few dishes, it was a bit odd that there were only two sets of silverware. The bathroom was impressively large, featuring a huge walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. As for the beds, they were firm but comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. My wife prefers to run the heater fan for white noise, and it ran smoothly all night without any disruptive sounds. The only technical drawback was the free Wi-Fi, which clocked in at 5 Mbps—

This is a really nice, clean, new hotel. It comes with a full kitchenette stocked with dishes and cookware which is always so nice for extended stays. We stayed in a King Suite with a stand up shower and couch with pull-out bed. There is free breakfast in the morning that is nicer than your average breakfast. What I enjoyed most about my stay here was the kindness and service from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, extending compassion, friendliness, and deep care for guests. Thank you so much to all of you who really made my stay extra special!

Cleanest Townplace Suites I have been to. I love how attentive the front desk staff was for me, knowing I was arriving late night. They communicate well and that's rare for most hotels nowadays. I will definitely be coming back knowing I will be cared for.

Truly impressed with the team at this property! It is very clear that Madison (Assistant GM) is doing an excellent job leading as there is a sense of joy amongst all staff members. Ellie and Takiko worked with me after an unsafe AirBnb situation and ensured I had a safe and pleasant stay. I have been to a lot of luxury hotels and this staff embodies the values of luxury and truly has a heart for service. I am grateful to have found a place to stay for my ongoing trips to Eugene. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Eugene.

Snowbirds on our way to Palm Springs. Great property. Good location. Nice gym. Recommended a great restaurant next door - Sweet Waters. Gal at front desk (madeleine?) was very helpful and courteous. With Bonvoy upgraded us to one bedroom. Pet friendly. Highly recommended!
