Downtown Inn

This place is ok. Clean, well kept motel whose greatest feature is a free parking lot. Cable TV, mini-fridge, microwave, dresser, ice machine, Pepsi machine, iron, hairdryer, wifi, bath with shower. The lighting is harsh in the room. No scenic veiws, pool, or breakfast. A decent lower-price accommodation. Important that you don’t forget where you are staying and try to spent the night at Pappa John’s with your key card.

If you are looking for a simple very clean and well maintained motel near everything in Eugene, this is your place. |Super Clean and well maintained. |Amazingly quiet as it is right next to 7th street. |The Couple running it are super nice as well.

Positive: It was such a comfortable hotel that we almost changed our plans and stayed an extra night. It's a small beautifully refurbished older single story motel. It feels fresh, clean, light, and spacious with plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Negative: ""

It was refreshing to stay in a fairly priced hotel that exceeded expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The onsite owner/managers were professional and kind, which truly added to a sense of overall safety. The location is fantastic for local events and several coffee (none in the room) shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. Street noise was muffled well by the fan/AC unit. I appreciated the fridge with freezer and microwave for my multi-night stay. I was initially skeptical of the high review scores given the age of the buildings, but am now among those who will make this my first-choice for downtown Eugene hotels.

Near the Interstate and on a very busy street. But did walk for coffee in the morning. The room was small but had everything. Thoughtfully and intentionally set. Bed was clean and comfortable. We road-trippers who wanted our car / stuff nearby, lived it!
