Hampton Inn Eugene

Staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Very nice, offered water on check-in as well as check out. My only suggestion would be king size pillows on a king size bed. For tiny standard size pillows on a king size bed really doesn't cut it. Room is extremely clean, smelled nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

I stayed at the Hampton Suites in Eugene, OR, and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked pretty updated, which made the stay even nicer.||The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember the clerk’s name because he made such a great first impression — very friendly and made check-in super easy.||Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Eugene!

Positive: clean - decent breakfast Negative: Pay for wireless? really? A standard even in very inexpensive hotels. Pay for movies? makes Hilton look cheap cheap cheap and not hospitable.

Overall was not impressed. I’ve been to some really nice Hamptons and this one was tiny, run down, cracks in the ceiling, no hot tub, the bed hard as a rock and the pool made mine and the hubs skin itch really bad. Plus the price was jacked up and not worth it at all. If we come back to Eugene we will be looking elsewhere.

I'm glad I was there for only one night. The positives were that the man that checked me in was very nice and personable, the room was spacious and clean, and it was a short drive to the Eugene airport. The negative was that it was loud there, all night. I was unable to get any real sleep/rest due to people stomping above me all night long and I kept hearing two men talking loudly in the hallway outside my room and slamming doors. My room was facing the road as well, so the traffic noise was loud. Maybe if you had a room on the top floor at the end of an empty hallway it would be okay, but I don't recommend it otherwise.
