TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine

We found this hotel to be very reasonably priced for the size of the room and the amenities offered. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was better than expected with plenty of options. Although we didn’t personally use the shuttle service, it was clearly well-organized and incredibly convenient for guests. We stayed during ongoing renovations, but the experience was still positive and we’re looking forward to returning once everything is complete. An added bonus is the location—it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the historic Main Street, which features a spectacular Christmas display during the holiday season. Overall, a great value and a place we’d happily stay again.

This was an excellent stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean, location was convenient. Breakfast was as expected for a quick start. I would appreciate running a little later for the end time if only for the non-cooked items. The coffee could use some upgrade, but the chocolate muffins were GREAT! I had the opportunity to spend some time with Mr. Marriott about 30 years ago during a hotel inspection and ceremony and I believe that this facility, including the Bistro next door would live up to his expectations. The fact that management was friendly and engaged enough to make sure the breakfast time was running smoothly set the tone for the staff to strive for excellence.

This is our preferred place to stay when visiting family over Thanksgiving week. The service is fantastic... everyone is friendly and helpful. In particular, Ms. Shannon at the front desk understood our needs and took care of us well! I love the lobby (shared with the Courtyard) such a great place to hang and relax. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Love staying here!

Excellent customer service. From the front desk giving clear directions to meet the airport shuttle at dfw, to the friendly shuttle driver, to the front desk staff, to the breakfast staff…everyone was superb! |We waited only about 5 minutes for the shuttle, got checked in right away at the hotel. Pool was warm and clean, great for families! Lots of towels to use for drying off. Clean room with extra blankets. Breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had. They even had gluten free muffins to warm up for me! And oat milk for dairy free creamer in my coffee! Food was clearly labeled for allergens; I truly appreciate that! |If I were to travel back to Dallas and needed an airport hotel, I definitely would stay here again!

Their rooms were basic. A little less than what’s expected for their rates. Lobby was under construction. Their free buffet breakfast was reasonable. Toast, waffles, eggs, juices, milk and another item. We were visiting during winter holidays and the parking was hard to find on our first night because it is shared with 2 other hotels. One of the elevators doesn’t work. Their ice machine didn’t have ice.
