Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport North/Grapevine

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay. From the moment we checked in with Brandon to checking out with Kristina, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. It was incredibly comforting to know that our stay was truly a priority for the team. The facility itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Every area we visited was spotless and inviting, adding to the overall sense of comfort and quality. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth shown by the staff made this a place we would happily return to and recommend to others.

I’ll start by sharing that I am a business traveler that stays about 75 to 90 days a year in Marriott hotels. On my trip this week, I first checked into a room that smelled like greasy food and I’m pretty tolerant of these things, but it was so overwhelming that I had to ask for another room. The front desk was accommodating and got me in a second room but the AC did not work and I sweat uncomfortably throughout the night due to the lack of cooling. When I checked out about four hours later, I got an updated folio stating a $250 charge for smoking. I’ve never smoked in my life and it’s absolutely ridiculous that I’m being charged for something that I did not do. Perhaps it was a housekeeper that was smoking during a break and smelled up the room, but I had absolutely no responsibility for

We were stuck in Dallas after the Puerto Vallarta issue. We were able to get rooms for 13 of us in our party. They came to the airport to pick us up. Rooms were great! The next day we didn’t leave until 9pm. So they allowed us to keep our bags there, and bused us around the city like the mall. They picked us back up, allowed us to hang out around the pool area, and then shuttled us back to the airport for our flight. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but never a place this accommodating and the people there the last few days were so nice!

Traveling alone and due to weather I had cancelled flights and stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and the restaurant menu very good. The hotel staff was outstanding. Every single one was pleasant. The shuttle doesn’t run 24 hrs but when my Uber failed to arrive for my very early flight the front desk clerk grabbed the shuttle keys and took to me to the airport. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at a lot of places in the area, and I really liked this place! first of all, every single person who works here is very kind and helpful. they have a good breakfast and they also offer a free shuttle service if you need a ride anywhere within 5 miles. Big shout out to Billy because he is super kind and awesome. This was in a great location close to both of the airports and right next to a bunch of food and the mall.
