Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW Airport - Grapevine by IHG

I recently held a work meeting at the Holiday Inn Express Grapevine and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. The conference room was spacious and well equipped, with everything set up so I could easily plug in my laptop and get started. Coffee service was provided, and the team made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. A special shoutout to their transportation associate, Cindy — she was exceptionally friendly and made my team feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for business meetings and stays!

+ Comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet location||- reception staff need training in customer service. They were mostly disinterested and unhelpful||+ shuttle bus drivers were great. ||- shuttle bus stops between 12 noon and 5pm which was inconvenient

Positive: Near airport Negative: Roaches, unfriendly staff, and failure to take care of issues. Said they would and didn't then came back saying they didn't receive a complaint when they did and they know they did.

The staff was really great! , the hotel was clean and I was able to use the gym the laundry and the breakfast with ease. I was actually really surprised the breakfast was as good as it was. You never know with an economy hotel what you’ll get but this place was perfect for my needs.

Just a quick note, got stranded at the Dallas airport and found refuge at this hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing juggling lots of folks in the same boat as I, juggling various travel cancellations. They were very accommodating, despite having a crowded lobby and handling multiple customers at the same time. Much appreciated, fine work!!
