Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine

I haven't stayed here. I use their airport car park service. They are great and so convenient for airport travel. The only thing, is i wish they had pickup service throughout the day. From 12 to 5pm, they have no courtesy shuttle service.... several times, I could have used for sure! Other than that, they are great!!

I have stayed here four times as a Diamond member. They don’t give a crap about any of their guest. Whomever is the manager is apparently hiring friends and family who are entitled to their job, no matter how many times they screw up for the tired, traveling population they are hired to assist.||||I added a night to my stay and specifically asked to stay in the same room. They agreed and I left my property in my room because it was supposed to be secure since that is my room. Of course, I was told to come re-key. When I showed up at 5:00 to re-key, I was locked out of my room and checked into another room. The arrogant, entitled employee who escorted me to “figure out whose stuff was in the room” slow played my regaining control of my property.||||I stay here simply for the location for th

Traveling on business. Room is comfortable and a very nice hotel. Very nice and polite staff. Comfortable room rooms and I slept better than I normally do in a hotel. That being said, the plumbing drained very slowly for some reason. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what they give you. i stayed more than one night and they did not make up my room between nights.

We arrived early and thought we would stop in just to verify check in time. Even though we arrived prior to the check in time they gave us a room… I was very thankful. After a heavy lunch I needed a nap. The room was clean. The shower was great- water hot!! On our 3 day stay, we ask for clean towels our last night and came back to not only clean towels but our room was freshened up also. The location is perfect! No problem getting to downtown Grapevine, Fort Worth or AT&T Stadium. All the staff we friendly and happy even thought they were working on Thanksgiving. Never had a problem with parking. I definitely would stay here again!
