TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cleveland

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, and it has convenient access to Cleveland, TN and I-75.|Rooms are nice, beds are firm, and the room amenities are great: mid-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, two-burner stove, dishes, and a dishwasher.||However, the breakfast got worse every day. By the end of our stay (Sunday) there were pancakes and waffles with no syrup, and the oatmeal bar was packed up 30 minutes before breakfast closed. There was no creamer for the “all day coffee” during our entire visit. The staff did not seem to care about the breakfast part of the stay, and it showed.

Misty, was wonderful! She worked all night long keeping everything clean and nice so when the day shift came in the whole serving area and lobby were immaculate! I know because I don't sleep very well and she was constantly busy cleaning. I was so impressed and she seemed so happy all the time! She deserves special attention!!! So far we have stayed here 3 weeks and I've seen her work like this consistently! Amazing!!!

The hotel is new and very nice. Front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us a bag of snacks and water upon our arrival. Quick check-in. This is a great location and easy highway access. Suite is large, bath is large with good counter space, products and strong hairdryer. Fitness room is bright, clean and everything works! Breakfast was one of the better I’ve had, and eggs were tasty which doesn’t happen often. That area was kept spotless and stocked even though it was busy. Plenty of private seating, and cozy. Our room was not serviced on one of our nights and the front desk apologized sincerely and offered us a discount. We were very appreciative and didn’t complain, only needed fresh towels and shampoo! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers

If you are one to enjoy a breakfast before hitting the road, GO ELSEWHERE!!!! The breakfast area was HIGHLY lacking. Prior pictures of reviews showed a decent breakfast with waffle maker. GONE.... They have the machine for the waffle batter, plus the cups and spray, even had syrup out. I asked where the waffle maker was and was told they didn't have one. By the time I got back with my phone to take pictures, the syrup was removed. The breakfast sandwhich, if you can call it that, was a soggy and nasty mess and the pre-made egg things looked disgusting. A pan full of potatoes, which I'm sure will be recycled into tomorrow's rotation by the way the looked. But, as for a place to stop for a nights rest with no further expectations, this could work. I'm not sure if all rooms are the same but

I have a corner room and it is rather nice with a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchen with a oven to bake in. Some futures in the room are needing repairs such as the TV's, which seem to have a mind of their own and shut off when they want and the guide never has the listing on it. Other than that it's clean and the bed is comfortable.
